Snow fun

Snow can be fun, but not so much when it's in the teens outside or even single digits (-15/-20 Celcius). So how happy were we when it was finally warming up to around freezing point, so we could go outside and enjoy the white stuff on the ground. Quinn was all excited that she was finally able to wear her snowpants.

The snow was quite deep and soft, it was a workout for the person pulling the sled, I can tell you that.

Quinn enjoyed the time outside very much. I hope it's going to stay nice, so we can go outside more often. Even though we're only in the middle of February, and sledding in the snow is fun, I can't wait for Spring to come so we can go outside even more. Winter is taking toooooooo long...... 

Quinn's first steps alone

Just 6 days after her first Birthday, Quinn took her first steps all by herself. Still pretty wobbly, but oh my gosh, how proud is she after she takes them. And how proud are we!
Another "step" away from babyhood.....

Once she is going, she wants to go so fast that she falls forward. So after 4 or 5 steps, she either lands in our arms.....or on the floor.

 Mom I did it!! Yeah!
